After School Club
After School Club is a ministry for children that does outreach within our neighborhood. The school district bus stop for students that live nearby is in front of our church. Over 100 students depart and arrive by walking or carpooling from our doorstep. Families gather for departure and pickup
On Monday afternoons from 3:30-5:30 our church provides fellowship and homework support for children in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. We have a playtime for students to engage in free play then snack time and sharing. Volunteers from our church are homework tutors who engage in helping students with their schoolwork for 45 minutes.
It is also a time where we can share the gospel with children in the neighborhood. Adult mentors from our church connect with children who come to know Christ, promoting healthy relationships between peers and giving help for academic support. Our final activity is a bible lesson that encourages a spiritual relationship with our Lord as well as learning life skills according to the gospel.
If God has given you a heart to work with children, we encourage you to contact us and we will connect you with the program leaders to answer any questions you might have about After School Club. Join Us!

Cantonese Small Groups
The main function of Small Groups is to help group members spiritually and live out Christian life with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Through weekly gatherings, our small groups meet in groups of 8-12 people to study God's Word, share life's challenges, pray, encourage one another, serve together, and have fun! Small groups enable brothers and sisters to build up and support each other, resulting in a more vibrant relationship with God.
We also encourage and equip small group members to use their passions to serve through various capacities at church, the community and evangelicalism outreach events to influence our community and the world.
We have a variety of groups located in homes around San Mateo and Foster City and at church for you to get plugged into.
We welcome you to join us and be in a community that lives out life together and grows in Christ.
